School Bus Driver

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or related experience
• The ability to obtain a School Bus Certificate - we provide paid training!
• Valid NH driver's license and a good driving record
• Candidates must also have a favorable background check, DOE check, pass drug testing and successfully complete the Department of Transportation physical.
• Hours: This is a full-time (30+ hours), school-year position, Monday through Friday, with the following shifts:
• Morning - 6am-9:30am
• Mid-Afternoon - 11:30am-1pm
• Afternoon - 1:30pm-4:30pm
• Compensation: Starting rate is $21.50 hourly for qualified drivers. Candidates with CDL certification start at $22.50 hourly.

As a School Bus Driver, you'll safely transport children with disabilities while working alongside a bus monitor who provides supervision and support throughout the ride. No prior experience is required -we offer paid training to help you obtain your School Bus Certificate, as well as instruction on conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Drivers who reside in Manchester and have off-street parking may also have the opportunity to take the bus home.
