- Fulfil duties as the Qualified Person (QP) representative according to Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, reporting to the project QP and Engineers
- Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent accreditation recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore
- Registration as a Resident Engineer accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
- Registration with IES/ACES and a minimum of 2 years experience supervising civil/structural works
- 3-5 years of site supervision experience as a Resident Engineer, preferably with HDB/LTA project experience
- Thorough knowledge of Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations, government contract documents, and BCA reporting requirements
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project for project updates and reporting
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
