The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. As a Campaign Merchandise Operations Manager at TikTok Shop, you will play a key role in shaping the merchandise strategy and execution across high-impact sales campaigns. You will be responsible for building scalable merchandise frameworks, driving product performance, and delivering strong results through data-driven operational excellence and seller collaboration. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for merchandise hierarchy system build up, improve merchandise performance and leveling up through clear guidelines and mechanism during campaign periods.
  • Develop and maintain strong seller/brand relationships to negotiate favorable terms and secure competitive campaign pricing.
  • Develop and optimize campaign-specific traffic and subsidy strategies to maximize product exposure and conversion.
  • Monitor key merchandise metrics (e.g., GMV contribution, CTR, conversion rate, ROI) and identify levers for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations or other relevant / quantitative disciplines
  • 3 years of working experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or campaign operations, ideally with platform-side experience.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platform brand marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of managing sellers or brand partnerships.
  • In-depth understanding of both eCommerce business and merchandise management.
  • Experience in merchandising, product sourcing, or inventory management, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to quickly capture business pain points and opportunity.
