Job Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the Asset Management team in asset tracking, data management, and the coordination of asset-related activities. Register new assets and inventories, verify asset information, track asset movements, and maintain accurate asset records. Process asset and inventory disposals, including checking the net book value, preparing documentation for approval, and coordinating the disposal process. Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions, transfers, disposals, and inventory movements. Assist in conducting periodic physical asset verification and reconcile discrepancies identified during audits. Collect, verify, and update asset information within the asset management system. Prepare asset reports and support the analysis of asset-related data to facilitate operational planning. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities for assets to ensure timely completion and proper documentation. Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of asset management policies, procedures, and best practices. Respond to internal enquiries relating to asset records, inventory status, and asset management processes. Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements, company policies, and asset management guidelines. Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Person or Management.
