Retail Executive (Full-Time)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team. As a full-time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Stacked Store is an online home decor store in Singapore. With an eye for design and aesthetics, we aim to bring highly-curated, design-led products into people's homes.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Understand customers' needs and provide product recommendations.
• Achieve store sales targets.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales service professionally.
• Promote ongoing campaigns, new arrivals, and store initiatives.
• Store Operations
• Manage daily opening and closing procedures.
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Conduct stock replenishment and inventory checks.
• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and priced.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards and make improvements where necessary.
• Team Support
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members in achieving sales and operational goals.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to retail staff.
• Monitor team performance and uphold customer service standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• Sales-driven with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Good sense of styling and visual merchandising.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with strong organisational skills.
