Responsibilities

- Drive high test coverage through structural and specific IP tests to achieve quality and defect-per-million (DPM) objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 or more years with a Master's degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
- Proficiency in Design for Test (DFT) knowledge, tools, and techniques.
- Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, OVM, and UVM.
- Experience with DFx methodologies and test content generation.
- Familiarity with RTL coding, simulation, and DFT timing closure processes.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize designs for power, performance, and area while meeting timing and test coverage goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving complex design issues.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to partner with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in silicon design and test methodologies.
