Job Title: Social Worker - Learning Disabilities Team Location: Rotherham Pay Rate: £33 per hour Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team based in Rotherham. What will your responsibilities be? Deliver a high-quality social work service to adults who are vulnerable or in need of support Collaborate with citizens, carers, and families to provide appropriate support, foster resilience and independence, and ensure they are central to decision-making and outcome planning Complete assessments of adults in line with the Social Services and Wellbeing Act Demonstrate knowledge of the barriers faced by children with disabilities both at home and in the community, as well as the local authority's responsibilities toward disabled individuals and their carers Understand and apply relevant legislation and guidance related to the role Possess experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment
