Major Tasks & responsibilities: 1, Responsible Daily HSEQ routine job in SF plant and support other plant routine job when a colleague is on vacation, such as morning meeting, kpi monitoring, walkthrough , HSE performance reporting system(IIMS) maintenance, , incident report and RCA for incident/HPE, safety risk analysis and, JHA and coordinate PPS etc.; 2, Main interface to SF safety council; 3, Environment protection routine work management, including environmental aspect identification and evaluation, environmental monitoring and ensure the normal operation of the online monitoring system, internal and external environmental communication and reporting, and waste management etc., 4, Danger chemical management; 5, Support to got site HSE permit and licenses renew; 6, Identify and review new environmental regulations and updated procedures; 7, Support scheduled audits (ISO internal audits, ISCC Plus recertification, BIS, GMP and VDA6.3) 8, Review compliance cases with management team. Value added: 1, Keep compliance on HSEQ regulation and directive;2, Continue improve HSEQ management system;3, Keep COV HSEQ system running well;4, Train our people on HSE. Work relationships: BU/Plant Manager Share Service function All employee External Contact Authorities relevant to HSEQ aspects Deliver satisfied results to authorities per the regulation, establish positive relationship with authority Contractors Ensure contractors is in line with HSE requirement Qualification: Bachelor degree from university, with major of Safety or environmental science Oral and written communication in English.
