The Labcorp Employer Services division is seeking Wellness Account Administrator . This Wellness Account Administrator role serves as the primary point of contact for large national clients within Labcorp Employer Services, providing timely and accurate communication and support. Responsibilities include full account management, coordinating on-site health fairs, handling supply orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure client needs are met. The position also involves regular correspondence via email and phone, along with support for special projects and reporting as needed. Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, non-exempt (hourly) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible. Job Responsibilities : Responding communications quickly and accurately Serves as an initial point of contact, customer service and support for large national clients within the Labcorp Employer Services Division Working with multiple departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely support to clients. Performs overall and complete account management, supply ordering, coordinating on-site health fairs Correspondence via email and phone. Assists with other special projects, tasks and reports as needed
