Site Technician

Responsibilities

• Support general site projects such as setup, improvements, and repairs
• Provide technical support and hands-on assistance for the installation of specialized equipment or infrastructure required by tech tenants.
• Operate or learn to operate equipment like skid steers, forklifts, or telehandlers
• Assist with construction and carpentry (framing, metal work, simple structures, etc.)
• Handle assembly and installation of fencing, furniture, fixtures, or security equipment
• Work on outdoor and utility projects such as trenching, block stacking, or landscaping tasks
• Tackle one-off projects and pitch in wherever needed to keep things moving forward

• Versatile & Handy: Comfortable with tools, machinery, and construction basics; quick to pick up new skills.
• Flexibility: Can adapt to new processes or workflows
