About the role
In this role, you will lead talent acquisition strategy and recruiting delivery for the Data & Digital Business Unit. You will partner with business and HR leaders to align hiring priorities with workforce plans, develop proactive sourcing and pipeline strategies, and lead a high-performing recruiting team. Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition strategy and recruiting delivery for the Data & Digital Business Unit.
- Partner with senior business leaders and HR partners to align hiring priorities with workforce planning and growth initiatives.
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactive talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and future-focused roles.
- Guide recruiters on consultative recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience standards.
- Establish recruiting performance expectations, service levels, and development plans for recruiting team members.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and pipeline health indicators to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with talent acquisition enablement teams to improve workflows, reporting, and system adoption.
- Influence external recruiting spend decisions, including agency utilization and sourcing investments.
- Ensure recruiting practices align with employment laws, internal policies, and equitable hiring standards.
- Lead special projects and strategic hiring initiatives that support Data & Digital Business Unit objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience leading recruiting teams and managing full cycle recruiting delivery.
- Strong ability to build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Excellent consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience using recruiting metrics to guide decisions.
- Knowledge of compliant hiring practices and employment law.
- Experience supporting healthcare, consulting, analytics, technology, or spend management talent markets preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
