About the role

The Compliance Senior Director leads the strategic execution and continuous advancement of the MHS compliance program, ensuring enterprise-wide adherence to the federal and state healthcare fraud and abuse laws, HIPAA regulations, and internal compliance standards, proactively safeguarding organizational integrity, reputation, and regulatory readiness.

• Required Work Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare regulatory compliance within a large integrated healthcare delivery system or academic medical center, including at least two (2) years in a leadership or managerial role; ten (10) years preferred.
• Other Information: Additional Education Info: Master's degree in Law, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.Additional Credential Info: Compliance certification (CHC or equivalent) or willingness to obtain same within six months required.
