About the role

Responsibilities
- As a Floating Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to:
- Maintain and sustain their accommodation and reduce the risk of homelessness.
- Develop independent living skills, confidence, and personal resilience.
- Access housing, benefits, healthcare, treatment services, education, training, and employment opportunities.
- Improve wellbeing through tailored support planning and practical assistance.
- Reduce harm and engage positively with recovery-focused services relating to drug and alcohol use.
- Build positive routines and strengthen connections within their local community.
- You'll provide flexible support through home visits, outreach work, welfare checks, and partnership working with a range of external agencies.
- You'll work both independently and as part of a supportive team, ensuring individuals receive compassionate, person-centred support that reflects their unique needs and goals.

- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, as the role involves travelling across the community to carry out home visits, outreach work, and appointments with service users.
- Experience in support work or housing-related services is desirable, although we welcome applicants with transferable skills, relevant lived experience, and a genuine passion for helping others make positive changes in their lives.
