Full time 12-month Fixed Term position Salary Level HEW6 ($97,647 - $105,698) + 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You You are a highly organised and customer-focused HR professional with experience managing employment contracts, compliance requirements, and complex administrative processes within a large and dynamic organisation. You have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant outcomes. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you can confidently interpret and communicate policies, procedures, and employment conditions to a broad range of stakeholders. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, resolving complex queries, and building effective working relationships across HR teams, leaders, and employees. Your ability to work collaboratively, adapt to change, and contribute to projects makes you a valued team member. To be successful in this position, you'll have as a minimum: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development and delivery of contemporary recruitment, selection and employee onboarding practices Proven ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet conflicting deadlines with strong attention to detail Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in a customer service environment within a large complex environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on managing customer Demonstrated ability to show initiative and creativity in solving problems Demonstrated commitment to quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement Demonstrated experience in the use of a range of computer applications and the ability to quickly learn new technologies, including Microsoft Office Programs, Service Now, e recruitment and onboarding systems including Workday, highly desirable. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and to influence clients and stakeholders, and to build relationships with customer groups Proven experience and understanding of Employment contractual law as well as Fixed Term legislation, and work rights / visa requirements.
