Automation Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Verify the condition of assets based on maintenance programs and fully comply with the assigned maintenance tasks.
• Installation and commissioning of assets and facilities.
• Participate in the implementation of improvements to assets and processes through the development of new technologies.
• Participate in customer audits, meeting the established standards and assigned requirements for each of them according to Vibracoustic's systems.
• Comply with the procedures, work instructions, and activities of the Quality Management System in accordance with our standards ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and ISO 45001.
• Maintain strict order and cleanliness in the spare parts warehouse and its work areas through 5S programs and the implementation of TPM in the areas where required.
• Promote and generate energy-saving projects, spare parts management, downtime reduction, productivity increase, quality claim reduction, process improvement, etc.
• Handle hazardous chemicals and their waste in accordance with plant guidelines.
• Execute their activities in a professional and responsible manner, as well as seek definitive solutions to the problems encountered on the machine.

Requirements

• Technician or engineer, electromechanical, electrical or related field, or demonstrate competence in an interview, mechatronics, instrumentation, automation.
• 3 year in the maintenance department of manufacturing processes, preferably in the automotive industry, injection molding machines, polyurethane processes, process automation.
• Automation, PLC's, electronics, electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, maintenance management.
• Advanced english.
