About the role and the team As our new HR Partner/People Partner, you will join the Nordic People Advisory team covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. You will primarily support employees and first-line managers in Sweden, and also work with colleagues across the Nordic region. The role covers a broad range of people processes and employee matters. You will be part of a collaborative team and contribute to delivering consistent HR support and implementing people initiatives locally. Your key responsibilities will be: Advising managers on HR policies, people processes, and everyday people matters, drawing on your knowledge of Swedish labour law and HR practices Supporting employee relations and case handling, including performance, absence, grievances, inter-personal issues and other employee matters, with the opportunity to build further experience in this area Supporting local labour relations activities and collaboration with managers and colleagues, ensuring compliance with local legislation and ways of working Becoming a local point of contact for one or more global people processes, such as salary review, engagement surveys, performance and development, talent review, or succession planning, and supporting their implementation in the region What You Bring We imagine that you have a few years of experience from a broad HR role, for example as an HR Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar position. You have a good understanding of Swedish labour law and are comfortable supporting managers in everyday people matters. We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, service-minded, and comfortable switching between advisory work and more hands-on HR tasks. You enjoy working closely with managers and colleagues, and you contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment. We are looking for someone who brings: Experience supporting managers on employee matters and/or exposure to employee relations cases, with an interest in building further capability in this area Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to initiatives and processes You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, are willing to help where needed, and are comfortable with practical, hands-on HR work You have an improvement mindset and can combine this with your understanding of customer needs to create a great service to our employees and managers Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams and create a collaborative environment Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field) Our daily tools include Workday and ServiceNow, so we would like you to be familiar with modern HR systems. Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Excel, will be needed in this role.
