Primary Role: The purpose of the Benefits Account Coordinator is to ensure accuracy of HUB online enrollment platform. This position works as an integral part of the Experience Team and is responsible for data entry, corrections and technology support. They will also function as a primary support to the Account Executive. This position will be required to obtain Utah Life & Health Insurance License. Duties and responsibilities Responsible for the open enrollment closeout process. Responsible for open enrollment and special enrollment notes update in Benefit Point. Responsible for completion of the post enrollment discrepancy reports. Expert with carrier website enrollment process, rules and eligibility. Expert user in BenAdmin system including employee maintenance, data corrections and generating reports. Answers technology and eligibility inquiries from clients, employees and vendors via phone and email within 5 business hours. Performs research and problem resolution of data issues using multiple systems, tools and resources. Initiates and follows through with Account Executive and/or client on enrollment and eligibility related inquires. Obtain UT Life & Health License Maintains positive relationships both internally and externally Maintain HUB Values including HIPPA Compliance Ensures we're meeting turn-around times and Key Performance Indicators outlined for the role
