Responsibilities

  • OEM Design Win Leadership: Partner with the global account team to secure complex technical design wins, embedding our networking silicon solutions into the OEM's next-generation AI and Data Center Networking portfolios.
  • AI Architecture Collaboration: Facilitate deep-dive technical workshops with OEM product managers and system architects to optimize our joint solutions.
  • Joint GTM Technical Enablement: Enable the OEM's internal systems engineers, solution architects, and sales teams to help drive downstream sales to tier 1 and tier 2 service providers.
  • Internal Product Orchestration: Act as the vital link between the OEM's platform engineering teams and our internal Product Management and Engineering teams to align product roadmaps, feature requests, and hardware validation schedules.
  • Supply Chain & Operations: Oversee complex supply chain, forecasting and demand planning.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in OEM Account Management, Technical Sales, or Field Application Engineering (FAE), with a proven track record of selling to or working within major hardware OEMs .
  • Domain Expertise: Dedicated experience in AI data center networking architectures . Deep technical knowledge of server architecture, Ethernet switching, high-speed signal integrity, and optical interconnects.
  • Track Record: Proven history of securing major component or subsystem design wins inside complex OEM server/networking/storage platforms.
  • Network: Existing relationships within the engineering, architecture, or product management organizations of major enterprise systems OEMs are highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between low-level hardware engineering and high-level business value; strong consultative problem-solving skills and experience navigating OEM platform release cycles.
  • Education: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred).

  • The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $168,800 - $270,00
