豆粕入库管理 - 提前与生产车间对接，确认当日豆粕的生产批次、产量等信息，备好入库所需的台账、仓位。 - 查看入库豆粕外观是否结块、异色、异味，记录每批次的生产时间和仓储库位，异常情况立即反馈车间及上级领导。 豆粕发货管理 - 依据销售出库单或调拨单，核实提货单位、车辆信息，严格按照"先进先出"原则安排备货。 - 监督装车过程，核对出库豆粕的数量、批次，防止错发、漏发；监督装卸人员轻装，避免运输途中出现质量问题，同时做好装车记录。 - 完成发货后，及时在系统中核销库存，更新出库台账，留存相关单据归档。 豆粕在库管理 - 定期开展库存盘点，包括日常循环盘点与月度、季度全盘，核对实物库存与系统台账、纸质账本数据一致性，差异部分及时查明原因并上报处理。 - 做好仓储设施维护，严格执行仓库安全管理制度，严禁明火、违规用电，防范火灾、霉变等风险。 单据与数据管理 -妥善保管豆粕生产入库单、检验记录、出库单、盘点表等各类单据，按规范分类归档，保证单据可追溯。 - 按时上报豆粕库存报表、收发存明细，为生产、销售部门提供准确的库存数据支持。 协同沟通 做好生产、销售、司机、船方及装卸团队做好现场协调，有效协调出入库过程中存在的问题。 四班两倒 倒班/ Additional Information for the job
