Purpose of the role The role is responsible for managing Import-related activities for Maersk Line Limited, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient cargo clearance. You will be Responsible for: Handling import-related customer requests through email communication in a timely and professional manner. Managing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with a high level of accuracy. Reviewing existing process SOPs and updating them as required to ensure alignment with business requirements. Collaborating with Frontline Customer Experience (CX) teams through calls and emails to resolve issues and facilitate smooth cargo clearance. Ensuring adherence to operational guidelines while continuously identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities. Demonstrating strong communication skills and effectively managing stakeholders across teams. Utilizing analytical skills for reporting, data review, and process analysis. Working in flexible shifts based on business requirements. Adapting quickly to new learnings, tools, and process changes in a dynamic environment.
