Port Operations Crew (Lashing / Container Handling) - Training Provided

Responsibilities

• -⁠ ⁠Perform container lashing and unlashing activities safely
• -⁠ ⁠Assist in securing and releasing containers on vessels
• -⁠ ⁠Carry out basic manual handling and ground support duties
• -⁠ ⁠Follow safety procedures and operational instructions strictly
• -⁠ ⁠Work closely with supervisors and team members during vessel operations
• -⁠ ⁠Maintain safety compliance within port operational zones
• -⁠ ⁠Perform outdoor and physically demanding tasks

Requirements

• -⁠ ⁠No experience required (training provided)
• -⁠ ⁠Must be physically fit and able to work in hot / outdoor environment
• -⁠ ⁠Willing to work rotating shifts (12-hour shifts)
• -⁠ ⁠Able to perform manual labour and climb/handle heights when required
• Salary Package:
• -⁠ ⁠Basic salary (Basing on interview performance + Working experience)
• -⁠ ⁠Shift allowance / OT provided (if applicable)
