Business Development Manager

About the role

Studio Factory Design & Contract Pte Ltd, a company engaged in General Contractors (Non-Building Construction), is looking to engage a Business Development Manager (BDM) to support its business development and expansion activities. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting the company's services in interior fit-out and non-building construction works. The position also involves preparing proposals, assisting in contract discussions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to support project acquisition and growth. This role is essential in establishing the company's market presence and driving future business development. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Find new clients and business opportunities for the company 2. Promote the company's construction and design services 3. Prepare quotations and business proposals 4. Communicate and follow up with potential clients 5. Attend meetings and discuss project requirements with clients 6. Assist in negotiating project terms and agreements 7. Monitor market trends and identify potential projects 8. Support business growth and company expansion Technical Skills and Competencies 1. Knowledge in business development and client management 2. Good communication and negotiation skills 3. Ability to prepare quotations and business proposals 4. Basic understanding of construction and interior fit-out projects 5. Ability to identify market opportunities and potential clients 6. Good coordination and organizational skills 7. Ability to work independently and handle client inquiries professionally 8. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered - 6 months Mature Mid Career Individuals - $3,200 This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above). Mid Career individuals from any qualifications level can apply.
