This is a rare opportunity for an experienced campaign leader to drive high-impact campaigns from the ground up- establishing the systems, rhythm and collaboration required to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale. Working in close partnership with clinical leaders, executives and fundraising teams, you will guide direction and delivery to ensure e ach campaign is strategically position ed , donor-centred and set up for long-term success. Your part in our UnitingCare team: Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-year capital campaigns, providing senior leadership across strategy, governance and execution in a complex organisational environment. Establish and oversee robust governance, reporting and decision-making frameworks to support Executive and Board oversight. Drive alignment across all campaign phases, ensuring coordinated delivery, effective donor engagement and momentum across all workstreams Provide leadership in navigating complexity - proactively managing risks, dependencies and competing priorities to deliver successful campaign outcomes at a large scale. Lead and develop a high-performing campaign delivery function, fostering accountability, capability uplift and cross-functional collaboration. Act as the central leadership point across fundraising, marketing, clinical and executive stakeholders - aligning diverse groups to a share campaign vision. Oversee campaign pipeline strategy, performance insights and systems to support relationship-led fundraising outcomes What makes a difference for us? Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies. This may include a Nationally Coordinated Police Check , Right to Work in Australia , WWCC - Blue Card , NDIS Worker Screening , and a w illingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business, communications, fundraising or similar (or equivalent experience). Proven experience leading large-scale capital campaigns end-to-end within complex, multi-stakeholder organisations ( essential ) Demonstrated success operating at a senior level, providing strategic oversight, governance and direction across the full campaign lifecycle Deep understanding of capital campaigns disciplines and best practice, ideally within healthcare, philanthropy or similarly complex environments Strong experience engaging and influencing executive and board-level stakeholders, including decision-making processes Ability to align with diverse stakeholder groups (clinical, executive, fundraising, marketing etc ) to deliver coordinated campaign outcomes at scale Highly developed project leadership capability across planning, risk management, financial oversight and delivery of multi-year initiatives Desirable Certificate in Fundraising Excellence (CFRE) What makes a difference for you?
