Floor Supervisor - Full Time - High Earning Potential - Music Bar Environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth floor operations with the Front of House team, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Coordinate service to deliver efficient food and drink orders while maintaining a positive guest experience
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally, including addressing work-related issues in a fair and timely manner
• Lead, motivate, and support the team, including on-the-job training and daily guidance
• Ensure adherence to strict cleanliness and hygiene protocols, partner with Logistics and Procurement for optimal inventory levels
• Support managers to uphold service excellence through staff feedback, standard enforcement, administrative tasks, scheduling, and resolving complex guest issues

• Required Academic Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum "O" Level with strong written, verbal, and comprehension skills in English.
• Prior supervisory experience within hospitality industry
• Work Environment: Primarily based at our establishment, with occasional support at sister outlets if required.
