Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) A High School Diploma or GED with any years of experience Experience in operations and technician's work Ability to learn and use industry-standard software such as the Quality Tracking System, Pfizer Document Management System, and Enterprise Asset Management Solution Good interpersonal skills to maintain employee relations and provide effective training Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking Commitment to adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) and safety regulations Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Sanitation, particularly in a food or dietary supplement manufacturing environment Experience with blending processes Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Knowledge of aseptic and chemical cleaning processes Familiarity with standard operating procedures in a manufacturing setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to function under a stressful situation while being able to remain focused on the necessary requirements. In addition, must be able to appropriately identify and escalate issues on a timely basis. NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS Rotating schedule of 12 hours (7pm-7am) and a 2-3-2 working days. Usually works every other weekend and Holiday hours may be required in order to meet business and/or customer needs. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
