Job Description Summary The Order-to-Delivery (OTR) / Fulfilment Lead is responsible for driving end-to-end customer order fulfilment across GE HealthCare's Imaging business. This role owns the execution of customer demand from order receipt through manufacturing, shipment, and final delivery, ensuring customer commitments are met while balancing production capacity, material availability, and logistics requirements. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Own end-to-end customer order fulfilment activities from demand planning through manufacturing, shipment, and delivery for Imaging products. Translate customer demand forecasts into executable production and fulfilment plans while ensuring alignment with manufacturing capacity and material availability. Partner with production, materials planning, sourcing, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and service teams to ensure timely order execution. Coordinate with global affiliate plants and supply chain partners across multiple regions to support customer delivery commitments. Monitor order status and proactively identify risks that may impact shipment or delivery performance. Drive fulfilment execution against key supply chain performance metrics, including Ship Complete On Time (SCOT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Factory Plan Delivery (FPD). Support inventory management and logistics planning activities to ensure smooth material flow across the supply chain network. Analyze demand, supply, and operational constraints to develop mitigation plans and resolve fulfilment challenges. Lead cross-functional discussions to address delivery issues, improve execution performance, and enhance customer experience. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on fulfilment processes, planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance. Provide regular updates and visibility to stakeholders regarding order status, delivery risks, and recovery actions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Minimum 7 years of experience in Order-to-Delivery (OTR), Order Fulfilment, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Materials Planning , or Supply Chain Operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience translating customer demand into production and fulfilment plans while balancing manufacturing capacity, material availability, and delivery commitments. Proven experience working cross-functionally with manufacturing, materials, sourcing, logistics, warehouse, and distribution teams . Experience managing and driving operational performance against delivery KPIs such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Ship Complete On Time (SCOT), Factory Plan Delivery (FPD) , or similar metrics. Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes from customer demand through manufacturing, shipment, and delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive timely resolution of fulfilment challenges. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience collaborating across global teams and functions Desired Characteristics Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise planning systems Experience in MedTech, Healthcare Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments. Exposure to global supply chain networks and coordination with international manufacturing sites. Experience supporting high-mix product portfolios and complex fulfilment operations. Knowledge of inventory management, logistics planning, and supply chain optimization. Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving process and operational improvements.
