Job Description Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning Drive employee engagement, culture, and organisational development Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR governance standards Support organisational design, transformation, and change initiatives Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and employee records Partner business leaders while leading and developing the HR team The Successful Applicant Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors 8+ years of HR full spectrum experience within FMCG and/or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance practices Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage end-to-end HR functions Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Hands-on and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach What's on Offer This is a high-impact HR leadership role within a well-established FMCG manufacturing business, offering end-to-end ownership of the people function in Singapore.
