Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Force Development Analyst to support U.S. Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) at Camp Lejeune, NC. This role requires deep expertise in special operations missions, strategic and theater-level planning, and force development processes to enhance operational effectiveness, survivability, and lethality. The Force Development Analyst will provide senior-level analytical support to MARFORSOC leadership by evaluating operational data, identifying trends and capability gaps, and developing actionable recommendations aligned with strategic guidance, campaign plans, and the Commander's Training and Modernization priorities. The position supports decision-making up to the two-star level and plays a critical role in institutionalizing lessons learned to improve future operations and training.
