About the role

We're looking for a CRO Specialist to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, SEO & Content, you're going to be a part of a team dedicated to continuous improvement and data-driven growth. You'll be the lead on identifying opportunities to enhance the user journey, working to refine our website, app store listings, and referral loops into a seamless, high-performing ecosystem. You will be the engine behind our experimentation culture, ensuring that every touchpoint is intentional and every user experience is optimized for conversion.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be owning the end-to-end execution of A/B tests across our organic, paid, and affiliate landing pages to reduce friction and improve conversion rates across our web ecosystem.
  • You'll be managing our App Store and Play Store presence, testing screenshots, copy, and custom product pages to maximize our click-to-install performance.
  • You'll be analyzing and tuning our referral loops, testing different incentives and placements to naturally increase word-of-mouth growth and user advocacy.
  • You'll be collaborating daily with our Organic Manager to align testing hypotheses with our overall organic strategy, ensuring our growth goals and user experience are perfectly in sync.
  • You'll be the primary storyteller for our optimization data, translating experiment results into clear, actionable insights that help the entire team understand user behavior and winning strategies.

Requirements

  • Analytical Thinker: You have 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or analytics with a solid grasp of how to structure a fair test and interpret results.
  • Platform Ready: You have hands-on experience with experimentation tools and feel comfortable navigating GA4, heat maps, etc. to find behavioral trends.
  • Growth-Minded: You are naturally curious about why users behave the way they do and are always looking for small changes that drive big impact.
  • Strong Collaborator: You enjoy working cross-functionally and can communicate effectively with both technical and creative teammates.
  • Concise Communicator: You can distill complex data into simple, direct reports that help the team make better decisions, faster.
  • The budgeted salary range for this role is $60,000 - 75,000 CAD / year .
