Urban Planner/Designer

About the role

Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring objectives and timelines are met. Prepare project management plans to monitor progress and assess project issues and their impact on timeline and cost. Develop comprehensive master plans for urban projects, including urban design, infrastructure planning, and detailed project reports (DPRs). Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, environment & financial experts, etc. Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and regulatory agencies. Travel to project sites for data collection, conduct stakeholder consultations and attend client meetings. Bachelors in Architecture & Master's degree in urban planning/ urban design with 5 years of experience. Experience in master planning, urban design, and project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent design thinking and representation skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in GIS, CAD, Adobe Suite, and other planning software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
