Responsibilities
- Human Resources Support:
- Maintain, update, and organize employee profiles, attendance records, and leave management systems.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including preparing employment contracts, orientation, and collecting required documentation.
- Coordinate the compilation of monthly timesheets and timelogs to assist with accurate payroll, commission and CPF processing.
- Support the tracking and implementation of internal company policies (e.g., scheduling, outlet leave caps, and attendance tracking updates).
- Office Administration:
- Manage general administrative workflows, including data entry, filing, document archiving, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist management with drafting internal memos, scheduling meetings, and organizing logistics for company events or announcements.
- Job Requirements
- Education: Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or office support is preferred.
