- How you'll succeed
- Mailbox Management - Monitor and manage the regulatory supervision mailbox, ensuring timely responses and proper organization of communications.
- Query Issuance - Issue queries to stakeholders, track responses, and follow up as needed to support regulatory processes.
- Report Generation and Analysis - Create, analyze, and distribute reports using Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office to support compliance and operational decisions.
- Data Organization - Maintain accurate records and organize information to support regulatory activities.
- Collaboration - Work with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- You're a strong communicator . You can clearly convey information, both verbally and in writing, and are comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
- You have technical proficiency. You have experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Office, and can use these tools to generate and analyze reports.
- You're detail-oriented. You pay close attention to accuracy and organization when managing communications and reports.
- You're eager to learn. You're pursuing a degree or diploma in business or commerce and are motivated to gain hands-on experience in regulatory supervision.
- You're collaborative . You work well in a team environment and contribute positively to group goals.
