Project Manager

About the role

You'll play a key role in shaping how hearing care is delivered across Specsavers, working on projects that directly improve patient outcomes and in-store experiences. As a Project Manager within Audiology Technology, you'll lead initiatives that enhance clinical systems, support hearing services and streamline the end-to-end customer journey-helping teams deliver accessible, high-quality care every day. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery-defining scope, building detailed plans, managing budgets and ensuring milestones are met. You'll work across cross-functional teams, technology partners and stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. With a strong focus on delivery, you'll manage risks, dependencies and third-party suppliers, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and to a high standard. We're looking for someone with extensive project management experience and a proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, complex environments. You'll bring expertise across Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies, alongside strong planning, risk management and problem-solving skills. You'll be a confident communicator and natural collaborator, able to influence stakeholders and keep momentum, even under pressure. Experience with technology, application and Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery is key, while exposure to healthcare or audiology would be beneficial but not essential.
