This leader partners across the organization to support clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and strong patient outcomes. Lead therapy department operations, policies, and procedures in compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. Manage staffing, retention, coaching, and development of the therapy team while fostering a strong departmental culture. Oversee budgeting, department performance, and improvement initiatives to support quality care and operational goals. Collaborate with leadership, physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to improve services, coordinate care, and monitor patient outcomes. Qualifications - What We're Looking For โ Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist is required. ๐ Master's degree or working towards completion is preferred โค๏ธ BLS/CPR Certification required ๐ฅ A minimum of three years' experience in a hospital therapy management position is required. Physical requirements - What you need to know A significant amount of standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling, often for prolonged periods of time. Both gross and precise motor functions. Lifting/exerting of up to 50 lbs. Possible exposure to bodily fluids. Visual acuity required for patient assessment and documentation of care. Acute hearing required for accurate patient assessment.
