Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

•  Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
•  Prepare accurate cost estimates, VO cost analysis and submit VO quotation.
•  Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, site teams, and finance departments.
•  Monitor project costs, budget allocations, and cash flow forecasts.
•  Support the preparation and submission of progress claims, variations, and final accounts.
•  Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies.
•  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and company policies.
•  Prepare regular reports on contractual, commercial, and financial matters.
•  Maintain and update contract documentation and records.

Requirements

•  Degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
