La Oportunidad (The Opportunity) LATAM is one of the most exciting frontiers in retail trading right now - growing retail participation, a young demographic hungry for alternative investments, and an IB ecosystem that rewards relationships. This is your region to own. You'll be MarketsVox's first head of LATAM, reporting directly to the CCO and CEO, with full autonomy to build from scratch across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and Peru. No layers. No politics. Just a mandate and the support to execute it. What You'll Own Design and drive the MarketsVox LATAM go-to-market strategy from day one Build a high-performing IB, affiliate, and partner network across priority markets Acquire and onboard clients through reverse solicitation channels and local trading communities Represent MarketsVox at regional expos and industry events (iFX LATAM, Expo EFX, etc.) Work directly with the CEO and CCO to shape regional pricing, product, and positioning Hire and build your own team as revenue and momentum grow Who You Are 5+ years in a senior sales, partnerships, or business development role at a retail FX/CFD broker An established network of IBs, affiliates, and trading communities across LATAM Based in Latin America - Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, or Peru preferred Bilingual - professional fluency in both English and Spanish is essential Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-ownership environment You've built pipelines from zero before and you know what it takes Why MarketsVox, Why Now Get in at the start - shape the LATAM business in your own image Direct reporting line to CCO and CEO, zero middle management Uncapped bonus structure tied directly to your regional performance LATAM is being prioritised at board level Perks & Benefits Competitive base salary + uncapped regional performance bonus Annual salary review tied to growth milestones Work from anywhere in LATAM - fully remote structure Travel budget for regional expos, client meetings, and IB events Access to MarketsVox internal trading tools, market data, and research Fast-track to team leadership as the region scales Direct line to the C-suite - your wins are seen immediately
