About the role

This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for leading operations program support functions across the university, to include all campuses and components. . You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service: Develop/ implement performance standards for assigned employees Responsible for the formulation/implantation of administrative, resourcing student operations, operational policies and procedures for the university Develop Operating procedures (SOP) for support functions of DSCU on a wide variety of topics to ensure internal Functioning of DSCU Interpret Executive Branch policies and statutory authorization providing guidance to DSCU leadership, senior military, and civilian professionals as well as the Operations Branch staff. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
