About the role

You will serve as a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist in the Research & Development Group, Weapons & Warfare Systems Test Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09-12) or pay band (NM-03) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Interdisciplinary Engineer/Scientist. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Utilizing Integrated Warfare and Electronic Warfare principles that include communication buses, advanced mission computer, or jammer pods in addition to electronic attack, and electronic surveillance; (2) Providing overall direction, coordination, and management of a team; (3) Planning, execution, and reporting of Test and Evaluation activities, forums and working groups; (4) Developing and mentoring and training employees; and (5) Leading a team in the execution of organizational responsibilities.
