- Adapt effectively to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach
- Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in specialty sales, preferably in Oncology
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong selling skills with solid product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Well-established network with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
- Ability to plan territories effectively, set customer objectives, and develop and execute action plans within set timelines
