Job Description Summary: RCM Operations Support Specialist Location: Hyderabad Reports to: RCM Operations Manager Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Delivery Our Mission & Vision At ModMed , we are on a mission to place doctors and patients at the center of care through an intelligent, specialty-specific cloud platform. We envision a world where our software increases medical-practice success and improves patient outcomes. As an RCM Operations Support Specialist , you will directly contribute to this vision by ensuring the administrative and operational engines of our RCM cycle run with precision and speed. Why This Role Exists As we continue to scale, the volume of our RCM operations is growing rapidly . We are looking for a "hands-on" execution expert to manage high-volume operational tasks . Your primary goal is to ensure Customer Delight by maintaining fast turnaround times and resolving billing roadblocks within JIRA . Primary Responsibilities In this role, you will dedicate your energy to two key areas: 1. Operational Execution & JIRA Support Rapid Issue Resolution: Execute billing tasks and resolve insurance corrections, balance inquiries, and statement questions with speed and efficiency . Account Reconciliation: Perform detailed patient ledger account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy . Administrative Fulfillment: Manage W9 inquiries and re-route complex requests to the appropriate teams . Workflow Optimization: Support the Operations team in managing AR and Appeal JIRA tickets to ensure no task is left behind . 2.Strategic Projects & Innovation (10% of Time) Administrative Projects: Participate in initiatives designed to improve the success of our operational workflows . Trend Identification: Proactively identify trends in RCM inquiries and suggest controllable system improvements to senior leadership .
