Duties include, but are not limited to: Working directly for Division Manager. Establishing current and future program objectives and plans. Regularly interacting with customer base, up to the SES/Flag/General Officer level. Leading and overseeing multiple aspects of R&D projects related to US DOD programs. Managing teams of research scientists and software developers and successfully delivering products to clients. Working with Division VP and Division Directors to identify new customers, and to plan, formulate, and write proposals. This will include defining the objective or purpose of the work, estimating costs and specifying the capabilities of the product to be delivered.
