Mentorship and Training: Leading the industry with a robust AUA program. Growth: Wright believes in education and training; we pride ourselves on developing our workers to their full potential Work Shifts: Flexible with a minimum of 80 hours per shift. Travel: Travel required to a marshaling point. Live Out Allowance: Choose between a living allowance of $70 per day with lodging provided, OR $150 per day in lieu of providing board and lodging. Responsibilities

• Trim, prune, and remove trees or branches that pose a risk to utility infrastructure
• Use industry-standard techniques to safely remove trees without causing damage
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, pole saws, aerial lifts, chipper trucks, and cranes
• Train and supervise crew members in safe practices around high-voltage equipment
• Maintain accurate records of vegetation management activities
• Document completed work for utility or regulatory compliance
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and protect nearby habitats
• Perform other duties as required
• Experience and Knowledge Expectations:
• Certified Utility Arborist (CUA).
• Valid Class 5 drivers' license, with air endorsement or willingness to obtain.
• Applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Current First Aid with CPR or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather and environmental conditions.
