Responsibilities

Requirements
- University degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Economics, or related field. Note without a degree, you will require 3 more years of experience.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in regulatory/permitting, finance, project controls, engineering and/or project management experience, as well as a minimum of 5 years people leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership position managing cross-functional teams for large, complex projects involving internal and external partners.
- Outstanding ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form. This includes being able to effectively with executive, peers, and collaborators, including experience with Executive presentations and interactions.
- Well-developed diplomacy and leadership skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of management levels, coupled with an ability to raise and provide solutions for complex and often competing business issues.
- Demonstrated ability to be organized, innovative, take initiative, lead and manage change.
- Working Conditions:
- Normal office working conditions.
- Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and deadline oriented. Numerous, often competing interests must be managed concurrently while negotiating/influencing.
- Moderate travel required, e.g., Enbridge office and field locations, occasionally requires Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
