About the role

- Permanent - $2,000-$3,500 + AWS - Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat, 9am-1pm - Novena Job Responsibilities: Champion the patient experience from first enquiry through to the moment they leave; greet every visitor warmly, anticipate needs, and make every touchpoint smooth Handle patient enquiries, appointments and reminders across phone, email and messaging; with excellent etiquette and timely responses Handle billing, payment collection, and accurate submission and filing of dental claims via CHAS, Medisave and dental insurance portals Issue consent and Medisave forms to patients for completion when required Handle patient queries and complaints courteously and professionally Manage office supplies and handle incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail Maintain accurate patient and clinic records and file timely reports Work closely with Dental Assistants, the Clinic Manager and Dentists to ensure smooth patient flow and a consistently positive experience Period: Permanent Location: Novena Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm, Sat, 9am-1pm Salary: $2,000-$3,500 + AWS Job Requirements: Genuine, patient-first attitude Experience in a clinic, healthcare or customer service setting Comfortable with clinic management software (such as Plato) and basic computer tools Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills Strong organisation and attention to detail Calm and proactive; comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment Professional appearance, in line with our clinic uniform and hygiene standards Be willing to aid in other roles if the situation requires it, for effective clinic workflows.
