Position Summary : We are seeking a Workday Analyst for a 9-month, term-limited role with the potential for renewal, to support the optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Recruiting modules. This role will focus on translating business process improvement and configuration recommendations into system configuration, testing, and deployment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS hands-on role ideal for someone who can partner closely with People Operations and Talent Acquisition teams to improve system functionality, streamline workflows, and ensure successful implementation of enhancements. This position is classified as hybrid, in accordance with Audubon's "Where We Work" Policy. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee's choosing. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of Audubon's offices in Washington, DC or New York, NY.
