- Proven track record of scaling growth through paid acquisition channels and identifying high-impact opportunities
- Strong understanding of UA KPIs including CPI, ROAS, retention, conversion funnels, and LTV optimization
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and AppLovin; DSP, ad networks, and rewarded advertising experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset
- Advanced Excel skills, AI tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker) are a plus
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing teams
- BA/BS degree in Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Passion for mobile advertising, experimentation, and continuous optimization
