Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations case intake, triage, and initial assessment.
- Provide guidance to employees, managers and HR Business Partners on routine employee relations matters, including policy interpretation and application.

- Produce ER reports and analytics, including case volume trends, key metrics, and actionable insights for the ER team.
- Identify patterns, trends, and emerging risks and escalate appropriately to the Employee Relations team.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal, and HR Operations to ensure coordinated and effective case management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all employee interactions and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including documentation standardization and process optimization.
- Provide support for overflow casework across regions based on business needs.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations, preferably in a high-volume or shared services environment.
- Foundational knowledge of employee relations practices and employment law in countries where Insulet operates is preferred (e.g. U.S., Mexico, UK, etc.).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, as this role supports a global Employee Relations function.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data interpretation (Excel, HR systems, or case management tools).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across regions and cultures.
- Demonstrated ability to follow processes while exercising sound judgment in identifying when to escalate issues.
