Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Procurement departments
- Prepare work reports for monthly progress claims
- Prepare material take-offs for projects
- Coordinate with site teams for certification of subcontractor claims
Requirements
- Degree, Diploma, or Nitec in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret tender specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Dynamic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work effectively within a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
