We're looking for a friendly, proactive, and organised Customer Relations Officer to be the heartbeat of our operations. In this role, you'll not only take care of our customers-you'll also support our cleaning team and Virtual Assistants, helping everything run smoothly every day. 💼 What You'll Be Doing ✨ Be the voice of our company Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and escalations across different channels-always keeping service standards high and customers happy. 🤝 Lead and support our Virtual Assistant team Train and guide the team to ensure smooth communication between customers and operations. 🧹 Take care of our frontline heroes Support our cleaning staff by managing schedules, addressing welfare matters, and ensuring they have clear job instructions. 🚀 Improve how we work Spot gaps in operations and suggest smarter, more efficient ways to improve customer experience and internal processes. 📋 Keep things organised Maintain accurate records, reports, and coordinate scheduling between Virtual Assistants and on-ground cleaners. 🔧 Ad-hoc support Handle any additional duties as assigned by the manager. 💡 We're Looking For Someone Who: Has at least 2 years of customer service experience Has experience leading or guiding a team Possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills Can manage multiple stakeholders (customers, Virtual Assistant, cleaners) Is familiar with CRM, scheduling, or workforce systems Is organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable Has an empathetic leadership style and enjoys supporting frontline staff ✨ Entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply (training will be provided)
