- 2+ years of relevant experience in Operations or Supply Chain.
- Preferably within e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in data analytics and modeling tools using SQL a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and verbal English with cross-cultural understanding.
